I'm not from Russia and I don't speak Russian. I could use Google Translate, but I'm not sure if it translates correctly, so I hope someone can help me here.
 
I am trying to withdraw WME to my Master Card. I got this message that I need to accept the new terms and conditions of the Guarantor. I ACCEPTED that but then I still get an error message that I can't withdraw until I accept the new terms and conditions of the Guarantor., although I accepted that already. 
 
Did it happen to anyone else? Is this a bug in the system?
