WMID has been temporary suspended.

Hi,
i got email from WebMoney Arbitration. That was wrote that my transfer system is temporarily suspended.
can you please explain what is the reason for it? what should i do to remove temporarily suspended issue?
I love webmoney. And i have initial passport.
if anything happen from me which is wrong, please tell me i will avoid it in future.
I wrote a email to arbitrage@webmoney.ru
3 daya gone. No reply.
My ticket number is : 15132617
